Following a resolution at the September 2025 shareholders’ meeting, I have been appointed as a Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member) of Voltage Inc. (Stock Code: 3639). Voltage Inc. is a company that plans, produces, develops, sells, and operates entertainment content centered on the theme of “dramas of romance and battle.” While primarily developing content for female audiences, it also provides game apps for male audiences. https://www.voltage.co.jp/
